In your position with güdTECH, you'll have your finger on the pulse of retail business and technology. You'll work closely with engineering, account management, and executives to extol the value of RetailOps to prospective customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline
  • Prospect small to mid sized retail businesses
  • Deliver online presentations and demonstrations
  • Co-ordinate and participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with the RetailOps platform, understanding of the target market, product positioning, major benefits and features.
  • Communicate value to prospective customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by setting expectations accurately.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives on an ongoing basis

güdTECH seeks cool and confident Implementation Specialists to guide new customers to success. As a güdTECH Implementation Specialist, you'll be in the drivers seat on new customer deployments, advising and guiding them through much needed change as they transition onto the RetailOps platform. As you become an expert in the RetailOps product, you'll be at the forefront retail and logistics technology. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, account management, and executives to guide customers to productivity, efficiency, and prosperity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead RetailOps new customer implementations
  • Manage project schedule and resources to get the job done
  • Train the customer's employees on their new workflows
  • Communicate status, issues, risks and effort to stakeholders
  • Understand use cases and apply RetailOps recommended practices
  • Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation
  • Work with Sales to scope, estimate and write new feature request documents
  • Advise team members on new features and refinements

The RetailOps system, when deployed in a customers business, is the core of their day-to-day operations and the very life-blood of their company. As a güdTECH Customer Relations Manager you are responsible for the success and happiness of RetailOps customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Account Managers in providing phenomenal service
  • Assist in creation of meaningful measures of service
  • Build and maintain accountability for service level metrics
  • Manage customer expectations, concerns and requests
  • Refine and enforce sustainable service processes and procedures
  • Be recognized by customers and partners as an expert in the RetailOps platform
  • Understand customer use cases and apply RetailOps recommended practices
  • Train new customer employees on respective RetailOps functions
  • Be a key conduit of information for future product development
